The item I want is "Sold Out". Will you be restocking it?
[A]: Our most popular items sell out quickly; and although there are rare occasions where we may restock; it is not likely the item will be restocked. We like to keep your looks exclusive by offering a limited quantity. If you would like to be notified if an item becomes available, be sure to add your email address to the sign up on the front of the page.
What forms of payment do you accept?
[A]: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & PayPal.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
[A]: We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after it has placed it with us.
How do I check on the status of my order?
[A]: Confirmations are sent via email automatically once an order and payment are received. You can also login to your account to check the status of your order thereafter.
How long will it take before my order is shipped?
[A]: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.
What shipping options do you offer?
[A]: Shipping is processed via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Priority Mail.
How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
[A]: As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package. You may track your purchase using the tracking number
